House Bill 12 | Create Children's Behavioral Health Prevention Network Group

Sponsor: Representative Don Manning

Intent: To create the Ohio Children's Behavioral Health Prevention Network Stakeholder Group.


House Bill 166 | Creates FY 2020-2021 Operating Budget

Sponsor: Representative Scott Oelslager

Intent: To make operating appropriations for the biennium beginning July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2021, to levy a tax on nicotine vapor products, and to provide authorization and conditions for the operation of state programs.


House Bill 102 | Regards Medicaid Coverage of Chiropractic Services

Sponsor: Representative P. Scott Lipps

Intent: To amend section 5162.06 and to enact sections 5164.061 and 5167.15 of the Revised Code regarding Medicaid coverage of chiropractic services.
