Children with disabilities can experience challenges with many transitions. Knowing how to help your child with a disability be prepared for changes can hep them overcome these challenges and become more at ease and more confident as learners. This session will help parents help their child, but it will also help parents of children with disabilities get themselves set up to communicate and track their child's progress throughout the school year.
