Templates

This section provides collaborative planning templates that can be used by teacher based teams (grade level teams, subject specific teams, or vertical planning teams within Step 3 of the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP)). These templates are provided in MS Word and can be downloaded, edited, and saved as needed. Templates can be uploaded to the co-planning team’s shared drive, such as Google Drive, for anytime, anywhere access to team plans.
