During this pandemic, professionals and families are learning, connecting, and lending support in new ways. For families from different ethnic backgrounds, finding the resources and services to support their children with disabilities may be challenging. This session introduces families and professionals to a panel of specialists supporting the needs and strengths of our global community through the Ohio Coalition for the Education of Children with Disabilities (OCECD)’s Multicultural/Multilingual Program. Learn more about resources, information, and tools to support the cultural and educational needs of families with children with disabilities.

ReciteMe: Translation and Accessibility Toolbar

Open up the Menu and select Start Accessibility and Language Toolbar below About OCALI. In the toolbar at the top of the page select the item with various flags on it, which opens up the various language options that ReciteMe has available. When you click your preferred language, the entire page will be translated, including the interactive transcript. The video captions also will be translated, but you can turn them off if they are too distracting.
