Low incidence is a term used to refer to a collection of diagnoses or conditions that fall in one of the following categories:
- Hearing Impairments
- Visual Impairments
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Orthopedic Impairments (Cerebral Palsy, Burns, Spina Bifida, etc.)
- Other Health Impairments
