Low incidence is a term used to refer to a collection of diagnoses or conditions that fall in one of the following categories:

  • Hearing Impairments
  • Visual Impairments
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Orthopedic Impairments (Cerebral Palsy, Burns, Spina Bifida, etc.)
  • Other Health Impairments
